Ways of Giving
- DONATIONS
- Individual donations are simple and effective. Donations can be
made payable to Counsel and Care. Alternatively a regular donation
can be made using the Standing Order Mandate.
You can also make donations using your CharityCard. [CharityCard

- GIFT AID
- Gift Aid will give extra benefit to us at no extra cost to you.
Gift Aid allows us to claim the Income Tax on a single gift. Higher
rate tax relief is also available under this scheme.
Gift Aid
allows us to claim the Income Tax on a single gift over £ 250.

- LEGACIES
- A bequest to us is free of inheritance tax and will allow us to
maintain our vital services on a long term basis. A legacy is a
positive decision that can be made now without any commitment of
money in your lifetime. [Legacy

- PAYROLL GIVING
- Any employee receiving a regular taxed income can arrange for a
set amount to be deducted by their employer before tax is
calculated. So, for every £ 10 you give, it only costs £
7.60, if you pay tax at 24%.
If you would like more information about this form of giving,
please contact us on 0171 485 4513.
(In order to keep administration costs to a minimum, we regret
that we will only acknowledge donations over £ 20 unless
specifically asked). [Give
As You Earn, payroll giving at it's best]
- DEED OF COVENANT
- If you are a UK tax payer, we are able to increase the value of
your donation, at no extra cost to you, by a Deed of Covenant.
A Deed of Covenant is simply an agreement to donate a fixed sum
to us for at least four years. As a charity we can claim back the
tax that you have paid from the Inland Revenue and increase your
gift by over 30%.
If you wish to donate by Covenant, please print and complete
these forms
