Work in Planning

Management of Change

NDT in Scotland and Paradigm have developed a Management of Change action learning programme for Scotland. Following the success of the NDT/Paradigm Management Development Programme - 'Commissioning in the new millennium'.

The programme will be a study tour, supported by presentations, action learning, group discussion, networking, development exercises and written resources.

It is designed for leaders seeking to implement change - managers in local authority, health services, and provider agencies; commissioners, planners and development workers; parent and advocates; researchers and academics.
